Cancellation Policy

All services will be MOBILE SERVICES ONLY! Mobile fees apply and will be calculated upon check out based on proximity of client from main office. All services must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to session start date/time in order to receive FULL REFUND. All services must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to session start date/time in order to receive PARTIAL REFUND (50%) or reschedule for future dates. All services cancelled the DAY OF SERVICE will constitute as payment forfeiture and will NOT be refunded. If for any reason a client is a "no call/no show", no refunds will be issued and client may be subject to lose booking privileges. Clients further than 35 miles from our main office (Atlanta, Ga) must email bpostcare@gmail.com to schedule services, please do not book directly through the site. We are not a substitute for medical care or hospitalization. Before you schedule, please ensure that your attending surgeon determines non-medical outpatient recovery is appropriate for you. Your medical care, AT ALL TIMES AND IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, remains the responsibility of the surgeon who performs your surgery or aesthetic procedure. Your surgeon is the only one qualified to determine the level of post operative care needed following your procedure, including whether or not to discharge you to a non-medical facility (such as you home or hotel accommodations) for recovery assistance by us. Your surgeon and his/her medical staff are the only ones with the authority to order any post operative medical treatment and ONLY YOUR SURGEON reserves the right alone, AT ANY TIME, to order your hospitalization if they feel that level of care is required. By electing our services you agree that services rendered on behalf of Bentleys Beauties, LLC are for convenience only and not for any medical reasons outside of our scope of practice.
